Paul in Philippians 1 was full of joyful thanksgiving for the benefits of working together with others in the gospel. Churches who become Partners with Rural Ministries will often value other existing links. What unites us is the desire to share resources in order that there is an ongoing witness to Jesus Christ in rural Britain.

Partner churches benefit from:
•  networking with churches in similar situations;
•  readily available spiritual and practical support from Rural Ministries staff;
•  over 800 prayer supporters responding to your prayer requests;
•  information on resources of particular interest to rural churches;
•  training opportunities;
•  access to details of potential pastors and other church workers;
•  assistance in developing contracts for pastors, church constitutions, trust deeds, child protection policies etc;
•  independent advice when problems arise;
•  an informative magazine providing news of partner churches and relevant articles about church planting and growth;
•  consultancy helpline;
•  annual conference;
•  church leaders retreat .

Supporting Churches
Urban and suburban churches often recognise the particular challenges of rural ministry and want to assist. You may have an existing link with a rural church or we can encourage a mutually beneficial relationship to develop. Some supporting church will include Rural Ministries as part of their missionary programmes and giving. Declan Flanagan and Rob Webb enjoy visiting supporting churches, preaching from the Bible and challenging people to see Britain in need of new and renewed churches.

Friends of Rural Ministries are people able to commit themselves to supporting the work regularly both financially and in prayer.
